SoundBite Essentials (SB100)
Duration: 75-90 minutes
Description: During this class, we will describe and demonstrate the SoundBite user interface, features and functionality. In the context of scenario-based examples, students will have ample opportunity to interact with the live application, instructor and peers as we focus on the essential components of creating and running a campaign. The following topics will be covered:
- Overview of SoundBite platform, hierarchy and process
- How to create a campaign
- How to import a contact list
- How to schedule and run a sub-campaign using a campaign as template
- How to perform basic management of a sub-campaign

V7 Skill Groups Part A (SB110A)
Duration: 60 minutes
Description: This is the first part of a 2-part course. During this session, we will describe and demonstrate the new SoundBite V7 user interface, features and functionality. Students will have the opportunity to interact with the live application, instructor and peers as we focus on the Standard and Enhanced Group type skill groups. The following topics will be covered:
- Skill group introduction
- Overview of the 3 different types of skill groups
- Key features, functionality, and common uses of the Standard and Enhanced Group type skill groups
- How to create and edit a skill group
- How to create and edit a schedule
- How to add a phone
- How to employ a skill group (using campaigns and sub-campaigns)
- Understanding the Contact Center Control Panel (Skill Groups tab)
- How to administer skill groups
- Basic overview of skill group reports

V7 Skill Groups Part B (SB110B)
Duration: 60 minutes
Description: This is the second part of a 2-part course. During this session, students will have the opportunity to interact with the live application, instructor and peers as we focus on the Enhanced Agent type skill groups. The following topics will be covered:
- Key features, functionality, and common uses of the Enhanced Agent type skill group
- How to create and edit a skill group
- How to create and edit schedules
- How to add and edit agents and phones
- How to employ a skill group (using campaigns and sub-campaigns)
- Understanding the Contact Center Control Panel (Skill Groups tab)

SoundBite Reports (SB200)
Duration: 60 minutes
Description: Students will learn about the reports that are available directly from SoundBite. We will discuss summary, detail, usage, and user-defined reports. Students will learn how to generate and manage reports, email and ftp reports to designated addresses, and schedule reports to be run automatically.

Duration: 60 minutes
Description: Students will learn how to maximize business results through the use of an effective campaign strategy. We will discuss script optimization and calling strategies, as well as campaign performance evaluation. Topics will include:
- Best practices for using SoundBite as part of your overall strategy and why it’s important to automate calling campaigns and collections activities.
- Testing and measurement and why testing campaign results and calling strategies is crucial to the success of your business.
- Script optimization and why having a well crafted and organized script can greatly impact the results of your campaign.
