The conference will focus on the benefits of interactive voice messaging (IVM) and how it can increase the productivity of customer communications while reducing operational costs. Attendees will be joined by keynote speaker Tom Heinsohn, member of the Basketball Hall of Fame as a player on the Boston Celtics and a current commentator for the Celtics' television broadcasts.
