ACA International’s Annual Convention & Expo, CHICAGO  July 25, 2007 – SoundBite Communications Inc., a leading provider of on-demand automated voice messaging solutions, and CR Software, Inc. The partnership will provide collection agencies and corporate debt recovery departments with a seamless interface between CR Software’s Platinum and Titanium platforms and SoundBite’s automated voice messaging solution.  As a result, CRS customers can take advantage of SoundBite’s on-demand service and collect more debt faster, experience higher collector productivity, and exchange data seamlessly between the CR Software and SoundBite platforms.

The CR Software platform automates all the fundamental functions of a collections operation, from new business data entry to month end processing, and also includes collector productivity management tools.  The interface with SoundBite’s on-demand automated voice messaging service allows CRS customers to define and modify criteria for SoundBite campaigns from within the CRS environment, as well as receive and analyze detailed campaign results.
