SoundBite Adds Autopayment Interface
SoundBite Communications has launched an autopayment interface for its customer communications platform, enabling users to send automated, interactive voice messages to debtors, who can then make payments instantly over the phone or via the web.
SoundBite Agentless Direct Collect integrates fully-automated inbound and outbound calls with a number of payment processing platforms, such as the Express Payments Suite from Phoenix, Ariz.-based Electronic Payment Providers (EPP) Inc.
