Description:
SoundBite is seeking an experienced sales executive to help us select high volume and high growth accounts particularly for contact centers to utilize SoundBite’s Hosted Predictive Dialer. Support for this role will come from SoundBite executives, marketing lead-generation, and pre- and post-sale professional services support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Hunting within target account list to identify key solutions that have a positive ROI for our prospects.
- Understand and foster prospect’s/customer’s business, potential opportunities and business relationship with SoundBite
- Develop an understanding of the customer's business objectives in order to map a strategy consisting of software, training, and implementation as a solution to those business objectives.
- Maintain production and activity inside a named account/prospect assignment.
- Communicate a compelling vision for the account and rally needed support behind the vision.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing.
- Accurately forecast revenue on a weekly basis.
- Manage a series of SoundBite resources that will focus on delighting the customer.
- Anticipate future trends accurately through broad knowledge and perspective on accounts.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA is required
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding assigned revenue goals
- 10(+) years selling business application solutions at the enterprise level including 5+ years selling a Hosted Predictive Dialer
- Consistent (documented) "Top 10%" performer
- Customer Centric Selling methodology experience preferred
- Experience selling a hosted SaaS offering and reoccurring revenue structure is a plus
- Board room presence and outstanding presentation skills
- Demonstrated experience of success working in a team environment and leveraging resources to close business
- Ability to manage the opportunity pipeline from top to bottom and know the fundamentals of complex selling
- Experience selling contact center solutions is also a significant plus
- In addition, the candidate will appreciate aggressive goals, have superior organizational/time management skills and possess a make-it-happen attitude
