How to create and edit a skill group
How to create and edit a schedule
How to add a phone number
How to employ a skill group (using campaigns and sub-campaigns)
Understanding the Contact Center Control Panel (Skill Groups tab)
How to administer skill groups
Basic overview of skill group reports
