SoundBite's client support team offers quick, reliable assistance and can help answer questions about the SoundBite system, as well as help address any issues with your campaigns. We have standard tracking and escalation procedures to ensure all issues are handled properly and get resolved.
The Client Support hours of operation are:
8:00am – 8:00pm EST Monday through Friday
8:00am – 4:00pm EST on Saturday
We also enforce after hours pager support to ensure that no issues or questions go unanswered.
