Chris Bohlin
Chris Bohlin is the Senior Product Manager for SoundBite’s voice applications including its Hosted Dialer and Automated Voice Messaging. Chris has worked in the telecom and collections industries for over 10 years. Over that time he has developed extensive knowledge and domain experience in contact center infrastructure and technology and has a deep understanding and appreciation for the cloud-based business model. Chris joined SoundBite over a year ago to help with the development and rollout of SoundBite’s Hosted Dialer product.
Danielle Andre
Danielle Andre is a Marketing Communications Manager at SoundBite, responsible for content creation, lead generation and corporate branding. She has 10 years of B2B experience, with a focus on inbound marketing and thought leadership. Prior to her position at SoundBite, Danielle held marketing roles at Nuvera Fuel Cells and the International Dermal Institute. She holds a BS degree in Business Management from Boston College.
David Schwind
As the Manager of Mobile Solutions, David is focused on business development of mobility at SoundBite Communications as well as mobile carrier and aggregator relationships. David represents SoundBite on the Mobile Marketing Association’s Consumer Best Practices committee and the Mobile Commerce committee. David regularly attends and actively participates in MMA and CTIA events. Prior to SoundBite David worked for VeriSign, the aggregation unit formerly know as m-Qube. At VeriSign David was responsible for carrier relations and carrier business development.
Debbie Braunert
As the Vice President of Marketing, Debbie Braunert brings 20 years of high tech marketing experience to SoundBite Communications, where she leads the marketing strategies for SoundBite’s various products and solutions. Most recently, Debbie led the efforts around the launch of the company’s new preference management platform, which was a significant expansion to SoundBite’s proactive customer communications offering.
Prior to her position at SoundBite, Debbie held various marketing roles at Altiris, Pedestal Software, eDial and Inktomi. She holds a BS degree in marketing and an MBA with a marketing concentration from Bentley University.
Frank Sherlock
As our Global Business Development Director, Frank is responsible for expanding our global client and partner portfolio. He joined SoundBite in 2011, bringing with him a career in the communications sector, including contact center self service automation technology, business operations, sales and marketing, and customer service. Frank has traveled extensively throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa and has a wealth of experience providing leading solutions across multiple verticals and geographies. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration as well as a Higher National Diploma in Telecommunications Engineering.
Hugh Garber
As Senior Product Marketing Manager at SoundBite, Hugh is responsible for packaging, positioning and launching SoundBite’s products and solutions. Previously he lead the product marketing, segmentation, and messaging efforts for Ipswitch, managing the company’s secure and managed file transfer solutions. With two decades of experience crafting messaging, launching products and enabling sales teams, Hugh brings a wide range of knowledge and creativity to the SoundBite marketing team.
Jay Reilly
Jay Reilly is SoundBite’s Vice President of Global Services. During his decade with SoundBite he has held several client-facing positions and has expertise developing, deploying and optimizing a wide range of collection, customer service and marketing strategies for top financial institutions and telecommunications companies. He and his family recently relocated to London to lead SoundBite’s UK operations.
Prior to joining SoundBite, Jay was Group Product Manager for Finnish telecommunications company Sonera Zed. Before that, Jay worked as a television journalist where he earned numerous awards including two Southern Regional Emmy Awards, four Southern Regional Emmy Award Nominations, and seven First Place Associated Press Awards. Jay was awarded his bachelor’s degree from the Roy H. Park School of Communications at Ithaca College.
Jeff Stroum
As a Senior Solutions Consultant in SoundBite’s Contact Center Business Unit, Jeff works directly with our clients to develop and implement communications strategies and solutions. Jeff stresses the importance of delivering solutions that are not just functional, but streamline processes that are directly correlated to client initiatives, business acumen and strategic vision. He plays an active role in the product, sales and marketing strategy as well as long-term positioning of the Hosted Dialer product. Jeff has over a decade of experience in the Collections and Telco industries, most recently as a Director of Telecommunications and Quality Assurance.
Jim Milton
As President and CEO, Jim Milton is responsible for leading the team at SoundBite towards attaining the undisputed market leadership position in Proactive Customer Communications. Jim brings more than 25 years of high technology sales, marketing and general management experience to his role.
He previously served as president and chief operating officer of Intervoice, Inc., a publicly- traded leader in interactive voice response (IVR) and IP messaging systems (acquired by Convergys Corporation in 2008). Prior to joining Intervoice, Jim served in senior executive management positions at UGS Corporation, Hewlett-Packard, Compaq Computer and Digital Equipment Corporation.
Jim received a Bachelor of Mathematics degree with joint Honors in Computer Science and Economics from the University of Waterloo in Canada.
Joe Dacey
Joe Dacey is the Group Director of Strategic Services for SoundBite’s Mobile Services Business Unit, leading the strategic program development efforts for clients that are using mobile marketing to grow their businesses. Joe has spent the last 14 years of his career in retail strategy and database marketing with a focus on loyalty. His understanding of both advanced analytic techniques and loyalty programs makes Joe a leader in the Loyalty world. Joe possesses 7 years of mobile marketing experience and is a respected leader in the field having served on the MMA’s Mobile Metrics Committee and host of the Mobile Marketing round table for the past 7 years at the CRMC conference.
Joe Gallagher
Joe is the Senior Director in Client Management working with clients to optimize the use of SoundBite’s multi-channel platform. Joe works closely with Customer Care, Risk Management and Marketing teams to design customer contact strategies, implement best practices and deploy a wide range of proactive communication programs. Joe has over 20 years experience in the telecommunications industry with a focus on Customer Acquisition, Retention, and Fraud Management. Prior to joining SoundBite, Joe held a range of positions with companies such as Subex Technologies, eFunds, Lightbridge and Southwestern Bell Mobile Systems.
John Keyes
John Keyes has more than 20 years of experience in the software industry, with roles in marketing, professional services and engineering. As Director of Product Management at SoundBite Communications, John is responsible for gathering customer requirements, prioritizing product and feature plans, and serving as an evangelist for SoundBite and multi-channel technology. He meets frequently with customers and partners to ensure that SoundBite continues to provide industry-leading mobile web, voice text and email solutions. Prior to his current position at SoundBite, John held positions at Open Market, Sun Microsystems and Microsoft. John received a BS in Computer Science from Syracuse University and an MBA from Northeastern University.
John Tallarico
As the Vice President of Product Management, John is responsible for the strategic evolution and delivery of product features and functionality within the company’s cloud-based platforms - SoundBite Engage™ for multi-channel communications and SoundBite Insight for preference management.
John frequently participates in regulatory discussions which impact our clients including lobbying efforts with the ACA. He was recently awarded the 2010 President’s Award by the Telecommunications Risk Management Association (TRMA) for his role on a Regulatory Panel — the most highly evaluated session of 2010.
John has been working in the customer communications space for over 15 years, including a senior position at Nuance Communications.
Lindsay Woodworth
Lindsay Woodworth has over 12 years of experience in the mobile industry. She joined SoundBite Communications in February 2012 as part of the company's acquisition of 2ergo Americas. As Director of Marketing and Pre-Sales she is responsible for marketing, sales support, solutions packaging, and the company’s mobile agency services team which provides end-to-end mobile strategy and execution for large clients. Prior to joining 2ergo Americas, Lindsay spent seven years at Handango, a pioneering smartphone content publisher. While there, she drove marketing, product management, and operations efforts and executed programs with industry leaders such as Microsoft, RIM, and Nokia, helping to grow the company from a small Internet start-up into a multi-million dollar, global software provider. Prior speaking experience includes AdTech, Mobile Shopping Summit, and DMA’s Non-Profit Mobile Day. She was named one of 2010's Mobile Women to Watch by Mobile Marketer.
Lynn Ricci
Lynn Ricci is the Director, Investor Relations at SoundBite Communications, responsible for all external communications and events with the Company’s shareholders and investment community. Lynn brings nearly 20 years of experience working for micro, small and mid-cap public companies in the investor relations role. Previously, Lynn held various IR positions at Lightbridge and NMS Communications, as well as an administrative role at North Bridge Venture Partners. She attended Mass College of Art and Bentley University for certificate in Investor Relations and is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute, Boston Chapter.
Mark Friedman
In his dual capacity, Mark leads our corporate marketing and business development initiatives which led to our acquisitions of SmartReply, 2ergo Americas and Mobile Collect and the formation of our mobile services business unit. Prior to SoundBite, he was CEO of Peppercoin, a provider of card-based merchant loyalty programs that was acquired by Chockstone, Inc. (now Heartland Payments) in April 2007. Earlier Mark served jointly as Kenan Systems’ (acquired by Lucent in 1999) Vice President Global Marketing and General Manager of the Internet Business Unit where he played a major role in boosting the company's sales from $20MM to $1.1B. Mark has also served in a number of leadership and go-to-market positions at IBM, Lotus Development, Epoch Systems/EMC and Dragon Systems. Mark holds a dual-degree from the University of Pennsylvania’s Management and Technology program and an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management.
Matt Edmunds
Matt Edmunds brings 20 years of hands-on industry and operational experience to his role at SoundBite Communications. As the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Contact Center Business Unit, Edmunds leads sales, marketing, services, and product development efforts tailored for these industries. Prior to joining SoundBite, Edmunds was senior vice president of bankcard operations for Outsourcing Solutions, Inc, where he managed all facility, personnel, strategy and operations decisions for four call center sites with 600 full-time employees. In this role, he was a frequent user of SoundBite’s solution. Prior to joining OSI, Edmunds spent almost nine years at Capital One Financial Corporation leading various customer care and collections strategies.
Mike Romano
Mike is responsible for identifying, developing and managing key strategic partnerships for SoundBite’s mobile services business unit. He is a driven and focused leader with a proven track record of accelerating organizational revenue and profitability by developing C-level relationships, building high-achieving sales teams and growing strategic partnership channels.
He has led the sales and channel growth of two public companies and three technology start-ups. Highlights include building the second largest online advertising network with OnAir.com and helping create the largest publicly traded senior housing company at ARV Assisted Living. Mike was a co-founder of SmartReply and also played professional baseball for the Cincinnati Reds.
Noreen Henrich
Noreen Henrich is responsible for Client Management at SoundBite Communications overseeing consulting, training and customer support operations. She brings extensive senior management experience in high technology companies, with a strong background in customer relationship management and professional services.
Before SoundBite, Noreen served as Regional Vice President, North America Consulting for Oracle. In her role, she was responsible for a worldwide consulting practice, setting strategies and ongoing operations for the Oracle Configuration product. Prior to her role at Oracle, Noreen was Vice President of Professional Services for Concentra Corporation and a Director at Computervision for 10 years.
Noreen has worked with many Fortune 100 companies in implementing complex solutions. Noreen holds a B.S. in Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, where she is also a member of the College of Engineering Industry Advisory Board.
Rachael Royds
As the Marketing Communications Manager, Rachael brings 10 years of experience in consumer, non-profit and business-to-business advertising and marketing. She is responsible for the strategy, production and execution of SoundBite's marketing programs specializing in content development and lead generation. She previously held marketing roles at Arrow Electronics and Comcast Cable. Rachael graduated with a Media Arts degree from Emerson College in 2001.
Salman Suhail
Salman Suhail is the Product Manager of Mobile Marketing at SoundBite Communications, bringing years of experience working in both the enterprise and consumer technology space. Prior to SoundBite, Salman worked at 2ergo America’s where he managed the product roadmap for their suite of messaging and mobile site platforms. Previously, he spent time with several early stage startups working to help them navigate the opportunities and challenges related to rapid growth, product development, and customer acquisition.
Tim Owen
Tim Owen is the Vice President of Channel Development, where he is responsible for creating and expanding relationships with partners in the United States and internationally. As the head of the Business Partner Program, he drives channel revenue growth into new and existing markets with a focus on contact center, BPO and Financial Services segments.
Tim has more than 25 years of experience in sales and marketing, with specific expertise in channel and partner development for on-demand solutions. He has held sales and business development management roles at companies including Carlson Marketing Worldwide, Wright Technologies, Idiom Technologies, MSI Consulting Group and Digital Equipment Corporation. Owen earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan.
Tim Segall
Tim Segall drives the innovation of SoundBite’s on-demand, multi-channel Proactive Customer Communications Platform. Tim brings extensive programming and software development management expertise to his role. Prior to joining SoundBite, he was a partner with Computer Sciences Corporation, specializing in the Healthcare market and the Internet, and was program manager and architect for the New England Healthcare EDI Network. Prior to CSC, Tim was vice president of Engineering and CTO for Open Software Associates, a provider of Internet deployment solutions, and has held various management positions in product development at Hewlett-Packard. Tim has an honors degree in Computer Science from the University of Queensland, Australia.
