On-Demand Automated Voice Messaging

Responsibilities will involve the design, development, integration and support of SoundBite’s financial systems (Microsoft Dynamics GP) and related modules.  Areas of responsibilities will include:

  • Oversight and Design of systems and processes related to the Financial systems.
  • Overseeing the possible integration of MS Dynamics with multiple business systems (CRM, ERP, ASP systems)
  • Design and implement new business systems and processes to meet growing business demands
  • Maintenance and support of all business system and processes (CRM, ERP, Knowledge Management)
  • Interaction with key business owners and various departments, including requirements gathering and system design.
  • Troubleshooting of technical or process related issues and driving resolutions within the enterprise.


Experience  

Five to seven years' experience in building, integrating and deploying Business Information Systems.  Candidate should have some basic experience in working with database and application technologies. Experience in working in team-orientated environments and working with internal customers/business units to correctly develop functional specifications to meet business goals is a must.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems/MIS, Computer Sciences or equivalent experience

Requirements

  • Experience in implementing and supporting business financial information systems and processes using the Microsoft Great Plains or Dynamics Platform
  • Experience working and managing a standard project lifecycle.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced company in a growth industry
  • Ability to define requirements and apply them to system design and implementation goals
  • Ability to interact with internal customers and work with other organizations to build/design systems
  • Basic knowledge of Scripting and Integration technologies
  • Basic knowledge of standard relational database technologies (either MS SQLServer, MySQL, or Oracle)

Experience with any the following skills/applications are a plus:

  • SalesForce.com CRM or applicable SFA processes and applications
  • Knowledge of Reporting Design and/or Business Intelligence tools and applications.
  • Application Design and Programming experience
  • System Integration skills using API’s or other Integration solutions
  • Experience in managing Issue Management or Knowledge Management applications.
