Implementation Consultant
The Implementation Consultant is responsible for implementation of SoundBite technology solutions on customer projects. This position may work autonomously or in conjunction with the Project Manager to design, implement and test SoundBite solutions and provide ongoing support. The Implementation Consultant must be professional, thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and have a track record of exceeding client expectations.
Job Responsibilities
Project Delivery
- Provide comprehensive and well tested SoundBite solutions
- Script writing, audio recording, and campaign monitoring from a solid technical orientation.
- Manage multiple client requirements with rigorous attention to detail.
- Lead creative thinking and definition of project tasks in conjunction with the program and project managers.
- Produce applicable project documentation as defined in the project scope
- Assist in updating and developing departmental procedures, methods and tools.
Teamwork
- Work well with project teams and address critical project issues in a timely manner.
- Communicate project status to Program Manager and client.
- Assist in mentoring and training new team members.
- Work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
- Provide standby coverage after hours and on weekends.
Results Orientation
- Become highly proficient in implementing SoundBite products and solutions
- Demonstrate solid analytical and problem solving skills
- Maintain a current understanding of new product features and complementary technologies.
Communication
- Communicate project status to program and project managers.
- Respond immediately to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Produce written project documentation as needed for each assignment.
Qualifications
- Associate or BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience in design and implementation of client solutions
- Proficiency in XML, HTML, FTP, PGP and advanced Excel
- Experience with RFP responses and proposal writing is preferred
- Must be comfortable working in a team environment
