Job Summary:
The successful Enterprise Program Director attains and enjoys this level of success as a result of taking responsibility and ownership of the strategic technical management of enterprise SoundBite accounts. This role is for a senior individual with a proven background in building relationships, managing large implementations and  executing and delivering programs.  This senior level relationship manager will provide continuity of leadership, develop communication plans, demonstrate ROI and drive incremental business and success for SoundBite customers.  This person will need to be located in or around Chicago or in and around Southern California.

Key Functions/Responsbilities:

  • Translate strategy into tactical execution through clear objectives, prioritization and assignment of responsibilities
  • Anticipate future consequences and trends accurately, broad knowledge and perspective on accounts
  • Communicate a compelling vision for the account; provide optimism and rally needed support behind vision
  • Effectively drive and manage change
  • Manage and lead virtual teams including regular communication and feedback
  • Continuously drive for results, Be counted on to exceed goals successfully
  • Understand customer business, potential opportunities and business relationship with SoundBite
  • Commits SoundBite Professional  Services to delivering value to customer by providing excellence of service and building long term relationships
  • Match Service offerings appropriately to the customers most important and high impact solution requirements,
  • Create and present  complex and detail-oriented financial, business and data analysis and evaluation to increase the value of data generated for SoundBite customers
  • Internal resource for Client Management for problem resolution – critical thinking and campaign optimization
  • Conduct quarterly ( regular) business reviews with Enterprise Clients to highlight successes and plan for continuous improvement going forward
  • Works with EVP Sales,  Sales Managers,, Director of Business Development, VP Services and Customer Success teams to achieve business financial goals both bookings and revenue
  • Plans, analyzes and administers project budgets to reach financial targets & holds team members accountable for delivering on results

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical fields
  • M.B.A desirable
  • 15-20 Years Experience managing large global or national accounts working in the software industry or at large consulting firm
  • Travel 30-40%.  Time will be spent at various enterprise account locations

  • Maintains an enthusiastic outlook, clearly see possibilities for continuous improvement
  • Expertise in establishing, maintaining and nurturing client relationships
  • Knowledgeable in managing client expectations and proficient in selling and up-selling
  • Experience in providing complex and detail oriented business and data analyses to clients for the purpose of increasing the value of that data for return on investment and other forms of measurement
  • Uses fact-based decision making processes and makes timely decisions
