Jim Milton
President & CEO
Jim Milton has over 25 years of high technology sales, marketing and general management experience. Mr. Milton previously served as president and chief operating officer of Intervoice, Inc., a publicly traded leader in interactive voice response (IVR) and IP messaging systems that was acquired by Convergys Corporation in September 2008. Prior to his three years at Intervoice and Convergys, Mr. Milton served in senior management roles at UGS Corporation, Hewlett-Packard, Compaq and Digital Equipment Corporation. He has deep domain expertise in IVR and IP messaging solutions as well as the broader contact center market. Mr. Milton received a Bachelor of Mathematics degree with Joint Honors in Computer Science and Economics from the University of Waterloo in Canada.

Robert Leahy
Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer
Robert Leahy joins SoundBite Communications with more than 30 years of finance and operations experience in the high technology industry. As the former chief financial officer and executive vice president of finance and operations for Brooktrout, Inc., he led the company’s corporate development efforts including many successful acquisitions, several technology licensing deals, and the successful spin off of a wholly owned subsidiary. Leahy also led the company’s efforts to successfully raise venture capital financing as well as traditional commercial bank financing. As the chief financial officer, he represented the company in its initial public stock offering in 1992. In 1996, he spear-headed the company’s secondary or follow-on public stock offering. Prior to joining Brooktrout, Leahy held various finance roles at Cambridge Robotic Systems, Data General Corporation, and the Foxboro Company. Leahy holds a B.S. in accounting from Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts and an M.B.A. with a concentration in finance from Bentley.

Tim Segall
Chief Technology Officer
Tim Segall brings extensive programming and software development management expertise to SoundBite's technical team. Prior to joining SoundBite, Tim was a Partner with Computer Sciences Corporation, specializing in Healthcare and the Internet where he was the Program Manager and architect for the New England Healthcare EDI Network. Prior to CSC, Tim was Vice President of Engineering and Chief Technology Officer for Open Software Associates, a provider of Internet deployment solutions. He has also held various management positions in product development at Hewlett-Packard. Tim has an honors degree in Computer Science from the University of Queensland.

Mark Friedman
Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer
As the Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer, Mark leads SoundBite’s expansion into new markets and product offerings. Mark has more than 20 years’ experience in a range of marketing, sales and business development positions with leading companies such as IBM, Lotus Development, Epoch Systems/EMC and Dragon Systems. During the six year tenure as Vice President for Worldwide Marketing for Kenan Systems (acquired by Lucent in 1999), Mark played a major role in boosting the company’s sales from $20 million to $1.1 billion. Most recently, Mark served as CEO of Peppercoin, a provider of card-based merchant loyalty programs that was acquired by Chockstone, Inc. in April 2007.
Mark holds a degree in Systems Science Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a Masters in Business Administration from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Noreen Henrich
Vice President, Client Management
Noreen Henrich joined the SoundBite Communications team to lead the Professional Services group and oversee consulting, training operations and customer support operations. She brings extensive senior management experience in high technology companies, with a strong background in customer relationship management and professional services. Before SoundBite, Noreen served as Vice President, North America Consulting, for Oracle. In her role, she was responsible for a worldwide consulting practice, setting strategies and ongoing operations for the introduction of the Oracle CRM products. Prior to her role at Oracle, Noreen was Vice President of Professional Services for Concentra Corporation. She was a key member of the management team for this salesforce automation company. She worked with many Fortune 100 companies in implementing sales and product configuration solutions. Noreen holds a B.S. in Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, where she is also a member of the College of Engineering Industry Advisory Board.

Jeff Struzenski
Executive Vice President, Sales
Jeff Struzenski joins SoundBite with more than 20 years of experience in software sales and consulting to Fortune 1000 enterprises, including leading financial institutions and retailers. Prior to joining SoundBite, Mr. Struzenski was Vice President of Sales for the Americas at Wall Street Systems, a provider of treasury and high-performance transaction processing software to financial institutions and corporations around the world. As a Partner at BearingPoint (formerly KPMG Consulting), a global management and technology consulting firm, Struzenski was instrumental in building a global team of 225 sales people. Earlier in his career, Struzenski was Vice President of Business Development at Waterfield Technology Group and held various management positions at Legent Corporation, Computer Associates and Price Waterhouse. Mr. Struzenski is a graduate of Providence College and earned an MBA from Babson College.

Jason Temple
Vice President, Operations
As the Vice President of Operations, Jason Temple is responsible for the strategy and management of SoundBite’s Intelligent Communications platform, network, database and the 24x7 NOC (network operations center). Jason brings 9 years of experience building and leading Operations groups for fast paced, highly available, high transaction Internet websites. Prior to joining SoundBite, Jason spent eight years leading the Operations group as well as the Strategic Planning and Research group at Ask.com (formerly Ask Jeeves) where Jason grew the search infrastructure from roughly 100 servers to over 12,000. In 1999, Jason joined the fast growing Internet search engine startup Direct Hit (later acquired by Ask Jeeves), where he worked as a developer and in the Operations group. Jason started his career as a developer and consultant at Cambridge Technology Partners (acquired by Novell) staffed on many insurance, banking and telecomm projects. Jason graduated with a BS in Computer Science from Union College.
