JAVA, J2EE Developers - Mid-level
Job Summary:
SoundBite Communications is looking for a mid-level Java J2EE Engineer with 3+ years of experience with Java development experience. The Java developer will work with the Platform Group’s Principal Software Engineer in developing Java J2EE based architecture that is the foundation of the SoundBite platform.
Key Functions/Responsbilities:
- Participate in designing, architecting and developing future technologies required by the SoundBite onDemand platform.
- Work with Engineering team to fulfill application development requests from clients, marketing, sales and client management.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:- BS in Computer Science or equivalent
- 3+ years experience developing J2EE applications in large production and development environments
- 3+ years of Oracle or SQL relational database experience
- Solid design skills and strong data modeling experience
- Experience with Hibernate a plus
- Ability and desire to quickly learn new languages and skills
- Start-up environment experience would be a plus.
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
