Sales Executive – Financial Services
DESCRIPTION:
Our Sales team consists of strategic sales professionals within the Financial Services industry. You will drive new sales within existing key accounts and find new opportunities in the within financial services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide senior sales success by increasing sales within existing key accounts.
- Drive new opportunities within the financial services sector.
- Create forecasts, sales plans, ensuring accomplishment of plans and increased revenues.
- Exceed annual revenue goals.
- Investigate and understand the internal business processes of potential clients; and strategize, present and demonstrate a tailored technology solution.
- Develop an understanding of customer's business objectives in order to map a strategy consisting of software, training, and implementation as a solution to those business objectives.
Required Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7 to 10 years of direct sales experience with 3-5 years selling technical solutions into the financial services,.
- Consistent "Top 10%" performer; President's Club or equivalent
- Experienced in Solution and/or Strategic Selling methodologies.
- Highly knowledgeable of technology industry trends and strategies as they relate to the financial services, marketing, healthcare, insurance, retail or contact center industry segment. .
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- In addition, the candidate will also possess the ability to function in a team atmosphere, appreciate aggressive goals, have superior organizational/time management skills and a make-it-happen attitude.
