Job Summary:
The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst is responsible for preparation of SEC quarterly and annual reports and conducts research and analysis of technical accounting to ensure GAAP compliance. The analyst will also assist with planning and analysis, tax projection, revenue reporting, international consolidation, balance sheet analysis and other special projects.

Key Functions/Responsbilities:

  • Prepare all external reports SEC reports and coordinate cross-functionally to obtain proper information required for disclosures.
  • Review external reporting information with outside auditors.
  • Independently research changes in authoritative accounting guidance issued by FASB, SEC, EITF and other regulatory bodies to determine impact on the company.
  • Prepare quarterly analyst schedules and financial press releases.
  • Prepare consolidated corporate financial statements
  • Key member of GL close
  • Assist in international consolidation
  • Develop and perform ad hoc analysis to support new processes, policies, initiatives and procedures

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
  • CPA with public accounting experience (Big 4 preferred) experience in the high-tech industry desired
  • 5+ years experience including 2+ years current SEC reporting experience.
Competencies and Attributes:
  • Strong working knowledge of GAAP and SEC rules and regulations.
  • Demonstrated expertise utilizing MS Office and financial systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment
